Technician Alex arrived on time. Went through the products with us. When we decided to go another way he as respectful. Thanks for helping us with our hot water tank. The water is hotter and lasts a little longer now. Awesome job!! I’m now a returning customer.

Update 12/19/25:
Installed a new thermostat and couldn’t get the heat or AC to work. Reached out to One Hour at 8am and they scheduled me for 2pm - 6pm. Within an hour Mark
Z called to see if he could come early. He was very professional and more than willing to show me what went wrong and how to fix it next time. Still highly recommend One Hour, even years later!
